My obsession for leadership and human behavior began when I was a child and blossomed during my studies at an elite business school. After a short foray into strategy consulting, I realized I wanted to devote my life to helping conscious leaders reach their highest potential, in every way.
I could see the suffering, burnout, and feelings of a lack of meaning in so many brilliant leaders around me.
Alive + Awake is the culmination of my life’s work.
Having used my own life as a giant social experiment, in addition to countless certifications and trainings in disciplines ranging from Emotional Intelligence, Transformational Leadership, Co-Active Coaching, Yoga, Mindfulness, Neuroscience, and many more, I felt so passionate about sharing some of the tools, perspectives and wisdom that I had gathered along my journey. It is my greatest desire to create a tidal wave of love and light by activating as many conscious leaders and organizations as we can.
