transformational yoga sequences

The yoga classes have been sequenced to take you through the levels of development, based on the integration of multiple models of human behaviour, including the Chakra system and Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs. Classes are sequenced around a theme and taught with transformational coaching integrated throughout. You will embody the wisdom through breath and movement, as your mind and spirit integrate the powerful leadership lessons.

deep-dive coaching sessions

On alternating days, Lindsay offers you a powerful coaching session, based on the theme of the previous day’s transformational yoga class. She builds on the wisdom, sharing stories, research and practical tools. Each coaching class ends with a coaching assignment for you to complete before the next coaching session.
